This course is designed to ensure delegates understand the requirements associated with the safe storage of hazardous materials and substances, after they have been extracted from an ELV.

This course is designed to provide an introduction to the safe storage of dangerous or hazardous materials in a vehicle workshop or dismantling facility. Delegates will learn to understand the requirements associated with the safe storage of hazardous materials and substances, after these have been extracted from an ELV.

  • What are fluid or fuel farms?

  • The importance of leakage and vapour detection systems in mitigating explosion risks and environmental impacts.
