At the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Provide an overview of the different hazardous chemicals and substances likely to be present in ELVs.

• Demonstrate how to effectively and safely extract dangerous substances from vehicles.

• Understand how to safely handle and store chemicals and dangerous materials.

• Demonstrate their knowledge of all relevant legislation for handling dangerous and hazardous substances.

• Understand the risks associated with each substance.

• Recognise how to prevent accidents, injuries and environmental damage from hazardous chemicals.

This course will take approximately 45 minutes to complete, and is comprised of 35 slides, including videos and quizzes.
